In-depth Study and Implementation of the Spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress: QMES Held Themed Party Class

In order to earnestly implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and the decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee, as well as to carry out in-depth education on studying and implementing Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, QMES, NPU organized a themed party class on December 13th afternoon, aiming to strengthen the ideological foundation through the process of learning. The event invited members of the preaching group on the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress from the university, with Chen Jianjun, the Secretary of the Party Committee of the university’s administrative organ, delivering a lecture titled “Studying and Implementing the Spirit of the 20th CPC of National Congres, Promoting World Peace and Development, and Advancing the Building of a Community with a Shared Future for Mankind” to the student party members of the first and fourth Teacher-Student Integration Party Branch, and active Applicants for Party Membership.

Chen Jianjun addressed three aspects: the current state of the world, the future of humanity, and China’s approach. He closely focused on Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and the spirit of the CPC 20th National Congress, analyzing the international situation under the unprecedented changes of the past century. He elaborated on the core essence of Xi Jinping’s foreign policy thoughts, reported on China's role, plan, and contributions in building a community with a shared future for mankind, and cited examples of NPU’s achievements, responsibilities, and commitments in this regard. Under Chen’s guidance, the students discussed this theme, creating an active and enthusiastic atmosphere at the scene. At the end of the party class, Chen called on every student to be clear about their responsibilities and commitments in the new era, encouraging them to contribute their youthful strength to the country’s socio-economic development and the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind.

This themed party class was not only a feast of political thought but also an important platform for deepening exchanges and building consensus between teachers and students. Through learning and communication, students profoundly realized that only by continuously strengthening theoretical armament and enhancing political awareness can they better serve the country and the people, and contribute more to the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind. QMES will continue to deepen thematic education, carrying out more educational activities in richer forms, and striving to cultivate more all-around socialist builders and successors with moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic, and labor education.
