QMES Launched 2019 Freshmen Psychological Adaptation Lecture
On October 16th, the 2019 Freshmen's Psychological Adaptation Lecture of QMES was successfully held. The lecture was delivered by Zhao Qing, a second-level psychological counselor at NPU. All of the 2019 students from QMES attended the lecture.
The lecture included introduction to NPU’s mental health center, ways to solve psychological problems, analysis and interpretation of psychological assessment results, possible adaptation problems encountered in universities, self-adjustment, reasons and ways to seek support, and talent training goals of NPU.
