After listening to the reports from the teachers, Cheng Yin expressed her intention to strengthen the administration of the examination and academic integrity in QMES through various measures. She mentioned organizing pep rally and providing caring academic support to all students. Furthermore, she stated that she would carefully study the opinions and suggestions raised during the seminar and take measures to optimize various work processes, aiming to achieve new achievements in the development of QMES learning environment.
Dai Fuping emphasized the importance of a good learning environment in improving the overall teaching quality of the school, enhancing students’ professional competence, and educating high-quality students. He said that the construction of a positive learning environment is an ongoing process that requires the concerted efforts of all faculty and students. He stressed the need for collective participation, joint construction, and adherence to the established norms. Only by doing so can QMES make greater achievements in the development of the learning environment and create a better learning and living environment for the students.
It is reported that in order to strengthen the integration of teaching and student affairs, QMES has implemented a system of academic affairs specialists. Each academic affairs specialist is responsible for a specific grade and maintains close contact with the counselors. This forms a student development planning system centered around “comprehensive guidance,” aiming to deepen teaching methods’ reform and enhance education quality.
