Dean of the Slovak Academy of Sciences Visited QMES

On the morning of May 31, Professor Pavol Sajgalik, Dean of the Slovak Academy of Sciences, and his delegation (5 people in all) visited QMES. Zhang Weihong, Vice President of NPU，Li Jinshan, Dean of School of Materials Science and Engineering，Zhang Fuli, Director of Office of International Cooperation, Fan Xiaoli and Chen Jun, Associate Dean of QMES, and Zhang Chengyu, Professor of School of Materials Science and Engineering participated in the symposium.

At the symposium, Zhang Weihong extended a warm welcome to Professor Pavol Sajgalik and his delegation. He said that teachers and students of Slovak Academy of Sciences and QMES shall be encouraged to carry out exchanges and cooperation in student visits, teaching exchanges, scientific research innovation, etc. Chen Jun made a report on the construction and operation, teaching mode, faculty strength and student training of QMES. Pavol Sajgalik spoke highly of the construction and development of the college and said that the mode of synchronous cooperation between teaching and scientific research in QMES was very unique, providing students with rich international academic experience and development platform.
