The 2019 Opening Ceremony of QMES Was Successfully Held
On the afternoon of August 27th, Queen Mary University of London Engineering School, NPU, held the 2019 Opening Ceremony atAo'xiang Student Center,Chang’ an Campus.DeanKong Jie,ExecutiveViceDeanAndrew Bushby,ViceDeansFan Xiaoli and ChenJun, QMUL teacher representatives Maria Romero and Zhang Han,Director ofFacultyof Materials Science and EngineeringGao Pengfei andDirector ofFacultyofPolymerMaterials andEngineering Shi Xuetao attended the ceremony, and witnessed the important moment together with all the 2019 freshmen and their parents.
Andrew Bushby,ExecutiveViceDean,expressedhis welcome and expectation for the 2019 freshmen, and wishedthat theywouldmake good use of the resources in NPU and QMUL to achieve academic success. After three years of steady development,QMEScontinues to improve the international engineering talent innovation training platform, providing a steady stream of innovation power for the development of students. The arrival of the 2019 freshmen represents anew milestoneofQMES,a full trust in high-end international exchanges and cooperation, and injects a new vitality into the opening of a new chapter.DeanKong Jiecomprehensively interpretedthe advantages of the Chinese-Foreign cooperative education model in the new era.
