    Professor Dai Fuping, Doctoral Supervisor, the Senior Career Instructor, was the Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Science of Northwestern Polytechnical University, Secretary of the Organizing Party Committee, Deputy Minister of the Organization Department of the Party Committee, and Minister of the Student Affairs Department of the Party Committee (Division Chief of Student Affairs Office). Professor Dai also serves as the Secretary-General of the Space Materials Science and Technology Branch of the Chinese Materials Research Society, the Director of the Student Management and Employment and Entrepreneurship Branch of the China Association of Higher Education, the Deputy Secretary-General of the Counselor Work Research Branch of the China Association of Higher Education, and the Director of the National Unity and Progress Association of China, among other positions. Prof. Dai received his Bachelor, Master, and Ph.D. degrees from Yan’an University, Lanzhou University, and Northwestern Polytechnical University. He was a visiting scholar at the Leibniz Institute for Solid State Physics and Materials Research Dresden (IFW-Dresden) in Germany for one year. Prof. Dai has taught undergraduate, master, and doctoral courses such as College Physics, Solid State Physics, Material Analysis, Testing, Career Development and Planning for College Students, Experimental Methods in Solid State Physics, and Advanced Amorphous Physics. Prof. Dai mainly engages in space materials science, liquid metal fast solidification research, party construction, and ideological and political education research. It has published over fifty SCI papers in significant domestic and international journals. Until now, he has been in charge of one project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and one project of Shaanxi Provincial Foundation and participated in several national key and major fund projects as a significant participant and has received one first prize and one-second prize in science and technology in Shaanxi Province. He has also embarked on educational work in ideological and political and education and teaching management in recent years. He participated in two high-quality projects of the Ministry of Education’s college counselor work. He presided over one high-quality ideological and political education project in Shaanxi Province and one of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology’s party political construction projects.
