Yue Xiaokui, a Doctor of Engineering, is the Vice President of NPU and Dean of Graduate School. He was selected into the National Talent Program and honoured with titles such as the National Key Technology R&D Program Award and Advanced Individual. He has led over 30 key national research projects and published over a hundred pieces of papers in authoritative journals and at significant international conferences in the field, with over 30 of them indexed in SCI and 2 highly cited according to ESI. He has authored 4 academic monographs, obtained 30 authorized invention patents, and received multiple provincial and ministerial-level scientific and technological awards, including the first prize of Shaanxi Province Science and Technology Award and the second prize of Shaanxi Province Science and Technology Award.
